That's a good point - thankfully some of the best heroes seem to have some do overs too... There have been theories that Ash from The Evil Dead is immortal himself, and Laurie Strode has cropped up in several incarnations from Halloween.

As long as the bad guys aren't the only ones with the ability to arise to fight another day we should be alright...
