The first official US poster for Juan Carlos Fresnadillo’s (28 Weeks Later) upcoming chiller, Intruders has officially landed, and it’s an eerie little gem. While not exactly a revealing piece of work, the poster certainly sends a bit of shiver down the spine; if I’m going to look at Clive Owen, I prefer to look at a fully featured Clive Owen, the whole absent feature aspect is a tad unsettling.
Intruders stars Clive Owen, Carice van Houten, Daniel Brühl and Kerry Fox. Juan Carlos Fresnadillo directs from a script penned by Nicolás Casariego and Jaime Marques. The picture lands in US theaters this April.
Check out the film’s synopsis and official poster below!
“Though no one can see him, Hollow Face lurks in the corners, desperately desiring love but only knowing how to spread fear and hate. He creeps into the life of John Farrow (Clive Owen) after Farrow’s beloved 13-year-old daughter Mia (Ella Purnell) is assaulted in their home. The line between the real and the imaginary blurs as fissures start to open within the family unit. It seems that no security measure can keep Hollow Face out.”
