American Horror Story creator Ryan Murphy talked about season 2 on Bravo’s "Watch What Happens Live" Monday night. 

Will Golden Globe winner Jessica Lange make an appearance in season 2 of American Horror Story?  The answer is yes!  Murphy did not say if she will make guest appearance or if she will be a regular part of the cast, but she will be back on American Horror Story.

Murphy told Cohen "I'm in negotiations with four of the people who were on last year's show, and none of them were the Harmons" — which means Connie Britton, Dylan McDermott or Taissa Farmiga will not be returning to American Horror Story.

Murphy revealed that the setting this time would take place on the East Coast in a "horror institution."  This could mean a lot of things a jail, hospital, cemetery, haunted hotel or a mental institution.  I personally hope that season 2 of American Horror Story happens in a mental institution.

Or maybe a location that is more familiar to horror fans like the camp from Friday the 13th in New Jersey, or the Amityville house?
