There are actors who are often in "important" movies...actors who started off in roles they probably would like to remove from their resumes.  A lot of these are horror movies.  Now, in my personal opinion they should be proud of these roles and celebrate that moment in their careers.  WHat are some stand-out first roles?  To get it started:

Johnny Depp in Nightmare on Elm Street

Jennifer Aniston in Leprechaun

George Clooney in Return of Killer Tomatoes and Return to Horror High

John Goodman in C.H.U.D.

Leo DiCaprio in Critters 3

Jessica Alba in Idle Hands

Kevin Bacon in Friday the 13th.

(while I'm kinda on the subject, Kudos to Samuel L. Jackson for letting himself get killed halfway thru "Deep Blue Sea."    Other "established" actors could learn from your shining example.  Who wouldn't love seeing Meryl Streep being the 3rd victim of a hedge trimmer weilding maniac?)

Viggo Mortensen in Leatherface: Texas Chainsaw Massacre III

.

Oh, wait. Do these have to be first roles? That wasn't his first role, but it was one of his first.

Matthew McConnaghey and Renee Zellwegger in Texas Chainsaw Massacre:The Next Generation. There's also a wierd as shit flick called (I think) Highway to Hell and Ben Stiller and his dad are in it. It's at least 15 years old, maybe more.

Oh, and the entire cast of Alone In The Dark.

Well I can't speak to the running naked part, (I haven't watched it yet) but she's definitely in Troll.  Though nowadays, it looks more and more crazy.  Hell, the main characters are named Harry Potter Jr and Sr years before Harry Potter the worldwide phenomenon....weeeeeeeird.

Lani O'Grady was Mary Bradford in "Eight is Enough"... that in itself may be a role that she wants to forget... but the year before that series started she was in a horror flick called "Massacre at Central High" where she showed her boobs and was squished by a rolling boulder while having a three-way in a tent.

You just can't make this shit up...

While we're on the subject, lets not forget Donald Sutherland as Homer Simpson in Day of the Locust (1975) LMAO

Yeah, I'm going to look for this one too... haven't thought of it in years.  It's one of those films that came on "The Movie Channel" about a million times in one month when I was a kid... right after "Terror Train" I think...

I would think that would actually be a high point in Zsa Zsa Gabor's career.

She (Julia Louis Dreyfus) said in an interview for Seinfeld that there were certain episodes of that show she'd never let her kids watch...I'm betting she wont show them her naked-Troll-romp either LOL
