Yes, it is true. I am the editor of Best-Horror-Movies.com. We couldn't do it without our talented contributors... and we hear repeatedly that we're hitting the mark much more often then not. Perhaps it's because we are still completely independent, not owned by some media conglomerate.

I grew up on the backdrop of a Steven King novel - Tucson, Arizona - so I was introduced to horror at a young age. Snakes, scorpions, creepy desert stuff. My first horror movie was the classic The Nanny with Bette Davis which my own nanny inadvertently let me watch on TV at the ripe old age of eight. It scared the bejesus out of me and after that I was hooked on the adrenaline. As a child I would scream and cry all through the haunted house at Disnelyand and then beg my parents to take me on the ride again. To this day I remain a horror junkie. Hooked on horror. ...
